1. Service agreement
When you place an order on arrivalform.org, you enter into an agreement with us for application assistance services, under our Terms of Service and the policies they refer to.
2. Independent intermediary
We act as an independent intermediary that helps you prepare and submit your application. We are not a government agency, embassy or consulate, and we are not affiliated with any government or immigration authority. All decisions on visas and travel authorizations are made solely by the competent authorities.
3. An approved visa does not guarantee entry
Important: an approved e-Visa or travel authorization allows you to travel to your destination and request entry. It does not guarantee that you will be admitted into the country.
The final decision is made by border officers at the point of entry. They may refuse entry for reasons such as:
- not meeting health, security or admission requirements;
- no proof of onward or return travel;
- insufficient funds for your stay;
- differences between your application and the documents you present;
- a criminal record or past immigration violations;
- any other reason decided by the authorities.
4. Your responsibility as a traveler
You are responsible for meeting all entry requirements of your destination, including passport validity, health requirements and proof of funds. We recommend checking the official government website or contacting the embassy of your destination before you travel.
5. Accuracy of your application
You must make sure all information in your application is accurate, complete and exactly matches your travel documents. Even a small difference in your name, passport number or date of birth can lead to a refusal at the border. If an error comes from the information you provided, a new application may be needed and will be charged again.
6. Existing visas
If you already hold a valid visa for your destination, some authorities cancel it when a new application is processed. By submitting a new application, you accept this risk.
7. Requests from the authorities
Authorities may request additional documents or information, for example a passport copy for certain nationalities. This can extend processing times beyond our usual estimates. Please apply well in advance of your trip.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
- a refusal of your visa or travel authorization by the authorities;
- a refusal of entry at the border, even with an approved visa or authorization;
- costs resulting from a refusal or delay, such as flights, accommodation or lost earnings;
- detention, deportation or delays at the border;
- changes to immigration laws or entry rules after your application.
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in this page limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks and materials on this Website are owned by or licensed to us. Using them without our permission is not allowed.
10. Governing law
These agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. See section 11 of our Terms of Service.
11. Changes
We may update these agreements. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
