Payment Guidelines

1. Where you pay

All payments are made on our main website, arrivalform.org, on a secure checkout page. After filling in your application on a destination page, you are redirected to arrivalform.org to complete your payment.

2. Accepted payment methods

credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express;
other methods shown at checkout, depending on your country and device (for example Apple Pay or Google Pay).

3. What you pay for

The total price is shown before you pay. Depending on your destination, it may include:

Service fee: our assistance with preparing, checking, submitting and following up on your application;
Government fee: the official fee charged by the authorities, where applicable, which we pay on your behalf;
Faster processing: an extra fee if you choose urgent processing.

There are no hidden fees.

4. Currency

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

5. Payment security

Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS certified payment provider over an encrypted connection. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (for example with 3D Secure). We never see or store your full card details.

6. Confirmation

After a successful payment, you receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please keep it: you will need it if you contact our support team.

7. Failed or duplicate payments

If your payment fails, no money is taken; you can try again or use another payment method. If you were charged twice for the same order, contact us and we will refund the duplicate payment. See our Refund Policy.
